Summer Speed and Power Program

This program is designed to get young athletes moving through aerobic conditioning (running) and functional strength training. The purpose is to build confidence while gaining fitness.

Program Length

This is an 

3 In Person Sessions

Have fun and meet friends at our in person training sessions: 

   Tuesday - Running/Strength Training

   Thursday - Running/Mobility

   Saturday - Running

USATF Certified Coach

USATF SafeSport Certified

USATF Youth Coaching Background Check verified

Training

The benefits of aerobic conditioning are innumerable, and that is the focus of our program. It allows the athletes to increase their level of fitness so that they are prepped for their fall sports or if they just want to gain fitness.

All Skill Levels Welcome

All levels of current fitness are welcomed. This is a space to gain confidence and fitness in a low pressure, positive environment.
