Steve Epifano, Owner and Coach

Who am I? What an existential question.  I am a Husband, Father, Son, Brother, Friend, Ultrarunner, and hopefully your Running Coach.  I returned to running in 2013 after a health scare and really started to delve into the running community in 2018.  I have competed in and completed distances from 5K to 250 mile Ultras.  I started coaching in 2021 and love helping athletes find the love of running and belief in themselves.  We are all capable of much more than we think and sometimes you just need a bit of direction to help you along the way.  I hope to be that direction for you, by utilizing my UESCA Running, Ultrarunning, Endurance Sports Nutrition Coaching certifications and personal experiences. I can put training plans for any race distances out there.  Click below and let's set up a meeting to talk about your goals.
